the superior twin room was comfortable and high-class, with a safe box, multi-channel tv, and coffee/tea making equipment. the bed was very comfy; and there was a bidet. thoroughly enjoyed the location in a high class neighbourhood. the staff were pretty friendly and accommodating people in reservation.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The staff was welcoming from the moment I arrived, and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room right away. Additionally, the location was excellent - I could easily visit some of the best culinary spots in the city by taking a quick ride in a taxi with a low rate.
Couldn't stay longer.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed the great variety of food for breakfast, and we really appreciated the complementary afternoon snack. the location is perfect: near many local shops. we loved the amazing room view.
The pool temperature was too cold for our taste. the Wi-Fi speed was a little slow.

This hotel is located in an area that is close to the culinary hub, many dining options are available nearby. It is also located near the old district of the city with a charming atmosphere. the hotel's environment is located in a small and cozy area that is close to almost everything, making it very convenient. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with soft beds, giving you a good night's sleep. the spa service is relaxing and the sauna is new.
This hotel lacks good gym facilities, which is a shame for proper workout equipment and machines.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a high class neighborhood. The service was exceptional, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. The housekeeping staff kept the room spotless and the laundry service was quick and efficient. The hotel also offered a shuttle service, which was convenient for getting around. The amenities in the room were great, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee making facilities. I also appreciated the sitting area and terrace, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful sleep and the garden furniture added a nice touch.
This hotel is highly recommended for families.

The hotel has two different restaurants to choose from, one for guests and one for visitors. The swimming pool is also nice and it has a gym for those who want to stay active during their stay. It is also located in a great place in the city, close to many culinary places and transportation is easily accessible.
The hotel had a lack of service skills and mindset during our stay. the room was small and there was no furniture on the balcony, which was advertised.
